“If you're looking for a place to stay with easy access to the trails Rosedale Mountain Retreat is the place to stay! We stayed in the Library it's great accomodations for a group. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Triangle Grill is there on the property, New River Store is near by or drive into town and have a meal at The Wardens Table.”

“E&K Professional is amazing! Specifically Brittany, our bartender and owner Ean. Brittany made our guests feel welcome and always had our bar stocked! Ean helped us last minute as we had a hiccup with our other company not having the proper insurance. Just a week before the wedding they stepped in and made sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t recommend Brittany enough, she is so kind and made our day perfect!”

“Heading home to South Carolina from a trip to Wisconsin. Stopped in town for gas and decided it was time for lunch. We make it a policy to never eat fast food when on the road, so we decided to try Grumpa Bear BBQ. Delicious 'cue and sides, quick and very friendly service. Meat was moist and smoky, home made sauces were a real treat, and the prices were quite reasonable. We will most definitely come back next trip!”

“El Indio is…INTENSE. The restaurant is long and narrow, with only one aisle, creating a freeway of activity in the center. All staff wear earpieces, taking instructions and hurrying around at a frenzied pace. Guests in this aisle instinctively pick up their pace to match. This is NOT a Mexican restaurant where you feel at leisure nor will you experience a laid back discussion with the staff. However, it is interesting to watch the military style activity. The food has been delicious during all my visits. The pork chops can be a bit overcooked, but many prefer it that way. The menu is extensive and the prices are great.”

“Absolutely, hands down, the most amazing food you can get in oak ridge. Their burgers are perfect every single time, their wings are absolutely fantastic and HUGE, their fries are amazing, the sauces are hand made by the amazing Chef Ken and all the employees are incredibly kind and amazing. We usually have Hector as our waiter and he is always fantastic. 100% recommend!”

“I would recommend Gondolier to everyone. We had another restaurant who refused to allow us to have our baby shower. I called Gondolier 2 days prior to our planned date and they were extremely accomodating. The serving staff was so so helpful, patient and kind. The food was wonderful. We didn't realize until we got up to leave that we had stayed 30 minutes past their closing time, but they patiently waited until we departed without saying anything about us needing to leave. We had a wonderful time and will certainly go again and again. Thank you so much!”

“Firstly, I'm from Texas originally and I've eaten Q all over the country. The biggest mistake most make is that smoke is a key ingredient and they couldn't be more wrong. The meat is the star and the rest is simply to accent and showcase the fact. Rickard Ridge not only realizes this fact but also parlays this brilliance with sides and appetizers that you'll yearn for. Not a fan of deep fried pickles but these folks have set the bar for deep fried perfection when it comes to this appetizer. All others will be judged by this amazing app. If you want amazing Q and the reference for which all others should be judged you've found your Mecca. Succulent, savory, tender and perfect. “The staff was all very friendly, greetings as I walked in from almost everyone and the food was PERFECT...and Im VERY particular about my bacon, preferring it made medium. I've been given hard times at other places about my order. I've been given rolled eyes, been talked about(as if they weren't 5 ft from me), and almost made to feel bad about my preference. They treated me with kindness and respect and made sure to check on me multiple times. All around, VERY good people here!”
