I haven’t been here in a while and so glad I returned. Fantastic food! I love fried green tomatoes and these were the best I’ve ever eaten. Delicious country fried steak either white gravy (I’d call it chicken fried steak in Texas). My companions had the enormous pork chops and an equally enormous salad. Everything was wonderful, freshly made, and reasonably priced great selection of sides. If you have the opportunity don’t miss a meal here!
Best home cooked food I have had from a restaurant, ever. Large portions. Reasonably priced, and friendly staff. I would highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Vegetables are wonderful, just by themselves and with fried cornbread it's really good!!!

Nice place. Away from the hustle and bustle. Good food and great service. I was waited on by one of the owners. I looked around and saw what others were eating today and Porch Chops were the big thing today. I got mine in sandwich form. Never thought I’d be bragging about a porch chop sandwich but here I am.
