The sign says touchless pick up at table just inside the door but now you have to go the register where the crowd is to pick up the order.
People want touchless pick up for a reason.
Either offer it as it was or just simply remove the sign from the door & from the website.
Service at this store has become very disappointing. Orders placed online are never ready when they are suppose to be. We use to come in and eat before COVID, but now place orders for pick up. The last three times we have placed an order it has not been ready at the time given in the email for pick up. Today it was a 16 minute wait past the given pick up time inside the store just to get the sandwiches we paid for through the app. We are extremely disappointed in the decline...read full review
