“The people are good and the food us good. However 2 things (and this coming from a former Ops Director for a $4mil restaurant) 1) they NEVER staff very well. Always only 2 people working and when they get a bunch if online order it's boggs EVERYTHING down and you spend more time waiting. I end up leaving most of the time if there are more than 3 people ordering. And 2) they are out if some sort of ingredients all the time. Why? Probably bc short staffed and can't keep up with the prep work, cleaning, and serving customers. SUBWAY YOU NEED INVEST IN 1 MORE STAFF AT LEAST!! You may even see an increase in sales and satisfaction with speed of service? #dobetter“
“The young lady who served us was very friendly and cared about the customer needs and wants. After all... the customer is the one paying the bill. The customer should be able to request toasted or not for their sandwich. If you've visited Subway recently, you know what I'm talking about ? but our server was on top of what we asked for and took care of us properly. My sandwich was one of the best as far as I can remember. ? I'm definitely going back again as long as I receive the service I received on this visit. Giving 2?
