“Firstly, I'm from Texas originally and I've eaten Q all over the country. The biggest mistake most make is that smoke is a key ingredient and they couldn't be more wrong. The meat is the star and the rest is simply to accent and showcase the fact. Rickard Ridge not only realizes this fact but also parlays this brilliance with sides and appetizers that you'll yearn for. Not a fan of deep fried pickles but these folks have set the bar for deep fried perfection when it comes to this appetizer. All others will be judged by this amazing app. If you want amazing Q and the reference for which all others should be judged you've found your Mecca. Succulent, savory, tender and perfect. “Ordered sushi, door dash wasn't working. So I drove up went in. First impression Clean. It smelled clean and fresh. The ladies were super kind. I got my food drove home and was blown away buy the sushi. It was so incredibly fresh, for reference we ordered the salmon roll and vol roll. WOW. highly recommend.”

“I would recommend Gondolier to everyone. We had another restaurant who refused to allow us to have our baby shower. I called Gondolier 2 days prior to our planned date and they were extremely accomodating. The serving staff was so so helpful, patient and kind. The food was wonderful. We didn't realize until we got up to leave that we had stayed 30 minutes past their closing time, but they patiently waited until we departed without saying anything about us needing to leave. We had a wonderful time and will certainly go again and again. Thank you so much!”

“My family moved to Caryville this year. We were looking for a close restaurant to us that served great food. There hasn’t been anything on the menu we have tried that we haven’t liked. My husband and I came a lot without my children as they are picky eaters. We finally took the kiddos and they enjoyed their food as well!! Atmosphere is great, the catfish is my favorite to get. I still haven’t gotten to try their salmon patties as I loved these growing up!! The staff is nice, the place is clean. Highly recommend eating here.”

“The staff was all very friendly, greetings as I walked in from almost everyone and the food was PERFECT...and Im VERY particular about my bacon, preferring it made medium. I've been given hard times at other places about my order. I've been given rolled eyes, been talked about(as if they weren't 5 ft from me), and almost made to feel bad about my preference. They treated me with kindness and respect and made sure to check on me multiple times. All around, VERY good people here!”
