Burger King in Chattanooga

“My sister and I stopped for a bite to eat on our way home from work. Usually the customer service is subpar at best but this day, it was excellent. From the time we pulled up until we got our food and left, the service was great. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve had a wonderful experience at this location. Id stopped visiting because of the poor customer service but I’m happy to say that I will be back.“

“Stop at the burger king this morning just miss breakfast, but me and my daughter eat lunch there , great service and I was surprised but the whoppers we bought were so fresh and hot , fries were fresh and hot, we were very glad we stop here to eat it was the best I have ever had, and I'm 59, everything was cooked perfectly and friendly service, Cheers to the staff, next time thru we will even go out of our way to eat here. 2119 E 23rd St, Chattanooga, TN 37404, thank your team for the nice fresh meal. “I ordered with their online app and picked it up in their drive-thru. The manager working the window was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that I was able to order root beer for my drink in the app but at the drive-thru I was told nicely that they didn’t have root beer (don’t know if this store just doesn’t carry it or if it was temporarily not available). Anyhow, she apologized and asked what I’d like instead. Otherwise, all was perfect. I got a Whopper and Have-sies (half fries, half onion rings). All was fresh and tasty. Very satisfied.“

“I expect absolutely nothing in a fast food restaurant. I call it win if the person that takes my order isn't downright mean. But I have been so impressed the last few times my family has been here. We live nearby so we've been coming to this Burger King for more than 15 years. The store is so clean with crowns put out on the tables, the staff greets us when we come in and take care of us. A few times I was missing something, but they were so nice and apologetic. The atmosphere is just positive and it's a good vibe. The current crew is amazing, take care of them!“

“We ordered x3 Impossible burgers with cheese and also x2 large fries at the drive through. The staff was very friendly. We received our food piping hot. And ate it at home and the burgers and fries were still hot and very tasty after a 10 minute drive home. We loved all the veggies and sauce on the burgers. I will certainly return again.“

“The last six orders I placed from here were incorrect. We were in a hurry so tonight we decided to give it one more chance I give it a 10 out of 10 my food was fresh. The service was friendly. We did get parked. That’s only because we asked for our food to get cooked fresh, the lady that brought it out was amazing. I didn’t catch her name and I tried to call the store to tell her thank you and complement her, but I will be calling back on Monday to speak to the general manager to let her know about the wonderful experience I had. And my order was 100% correct and fresh this time.“
