“Grungy vegan spot with amazing food that feels like your grandparents from the south walked out the kitchen with it after pouring love galore into it.
Highly recommend this spot! And prices are very reasonable. We got the diamonds and rust place which has their infamous seitan and it was filling, nutritious and delicious.
Also the service was so down to earth and excellent.“

“Mary’s plate lunches are the best! No cans in her kitchen. Homemade desserts are delicious. And the grill is manned by Christopher and they will melt in your mouth YUMBO! The staff is attentive to your needs and they love the customers. No wonder they have been and stayed in business since 1918. Family owned and now run by the 4th generation. I’ve even seen the 5th and 6th generation helping when they are “in the weeds”. You owe it to yourself to eat there.“

I literally started reviewing as I'm enjoying it and I have never done that in my years of giving stars. Just wonderful. I'm vegetarian and this place is healing. “soooo good! I'm a traveling musician and it's always hard to find good vegan grub on the road but dang this spot was worth the pit stop for sure! I had the fish sandwich and carrot salad and i got one of evey desert they had just ya know.... for the road 😏. 10/10 ...that brownie set a whole new bar. My only complaint is that i wish yall were closer to Nashville ❤️🤘“

“We came in and there was a 40 minute wait, however the sweet girl offered us a spot at the bar and we took it because we needed coffee bad. 😃 We were served immediately and placed our order. The food was delicious but the people were amazing. Mattson and Emily took excellent care of us and we thoroughly enjoyed the conversation with them about things to do in the area. If you are offered a seat at the bar take it! 10/10 recommend! To the manager, I hope you know you have a great staff, which is rare these days. We had just left another restaurant (A.F.) because the guy behind the bar was so rude to us and our server. We walked out of there and into “Milk and Honey”. Thank you Mattson and Emily!“
