“The food is always outstanding, I don’t know how you guys make the burgers so yummy every time. They make the fries fresh for us right when we walk in there to pick up our food, and the staff today was particularly friendly and happy and it put us in a good mood. We love Five Guys Hamilton Place!!“
“Stopped by today - the entire staff was delightful, store was clean, and I asked for no bun (gluten free.) Completely forgot to ask them to avoid cross contamination, but I didn’t need to. The cook bagged our food & fries separately so there would be no cross contamination and informed me they did so. I was so grateful! Management, you’ve got a great team!“
“After waiting over 2 hours for our delivery order that was supposed to be delivered from DoorDash through the five guys app. I had a door dash driver call me and say someone else took my order and it wasn't at the store anymore. My husband and i decided to drive the 10 minutes to the store to find out what happened. I spoke with Amari and her team and they said this happens a lot where the door dasher will steal the food and never deliver it, but she immediately started remaking our order and apologizing for what happened her and her team were an amazing help and made sure we got what we paid for. It's a shame there are untrustworthy people in this world who would do something like steal someone else's food but I'm happy to report that Amari and her team made up for the failure that was no fault of their own. Please give them the recognition they deserve.
I’ve also tried multiple times to leave a review through your contact us section on your website and every time I submit the review it throws an error code “ URL rejected” see the photo below.“
