The double bacon cheeseburger was exceptional. I eat here every Wednesday evening when I'm passing through East Ridge. Is the best Crystal I've ever eaten at would highly recommend.

I came through last night green car and sometimes black or white jeep. I been using the web and the app to order and the time it says its done, it is done. This is the only Krystal in the area past 10pm hands down. The closest krystal is about 5 min from me in Ringgold,Ga. I will drive past that one 20 minutes down the interstate to the East ridge Krystal anytime anyday. The food and the employees are always great. I had a problem with the one in Ringgold several times and I complained...

I've eaten at Krystal all my life & I'm 70. Krystal use to be the affordable meal for the working family. NOT ANYMORE. I spent $35 at Krystal compared to $20 at Chick-fil-A. There was nothing outstanding at Krystal. Service was bland, choices we limited, & same old food for a MUCH higher price!! I like Krystals, but I can't afford it anymore.
