Lovely dinner here with another couple. Definitely an adventure and a fun time for everyone! The food was beautifully prepared and the chef, waiter and owner all very friendly and easy to talk to! The chef said if we come again to call ahead with food requests!
The only thing I would say needs some tweaking is how much salt was used in a few of the dishes. I, myself, am a salt lover but some of the dishes were too salty and needed a little more balance.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at La Cabriole! From beginning to end, every course was beautifully prepared and delicious. The filet was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked, tender, and easily one of the highlights of the meal, although honestly, everything we were served was fantastic.

Small, intimate dining experience. Each course was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and portion size was appropriate for a 7 course dinner. Greeted by owner and chef. Waiter, George, was exceptional. Bring your own wine, they open and provide glasses at no additional charge. Prix fixe price includes tax and tip. It's an excellent value. Enjoy!

La Cabriole is a charming French restaurant situated on a 35-acre farm in Lookout Valley, Tennessee. The cozy atmosphere, reminiscent of the French countryside, is enhanced by lace tablecloths and equestrian memorabilia. The menu offers an array of French specialties, from the tasty lobster bisque to the skewered shrimp with a piquant sauce, accompanied by a zucchini and gnocchi ragout. The filet with a peppercorn sauce, tiny carrots, and broccoli is cooked to perfection, while the salad of tiny fresh lettuce with a light vinaigrette is served after the meal, in true French fashion. The cheese tray and the chocolate cake surrounded by a raspberry coulee are equally delightful. The peaceful ambiance and the warm hospitality of the chef and owner create a truly romantic and delightful dining experience. Customers praise the exquisite dinner, wonderful service, and the chef and owner's delight in sharing a glass of wine with guests. While the menu may be more than some are used to, the complex and well-developed flavors make it well worth the experience.
