Starbucks in Chattanooga

“Favorite coffee shop! Our run group meets here after our Friday morning run every week. Environment is awesome and staff ROCKS! We stop in every Sunday on our way to church. And it's my go-to spot when I need a work-away-from-the-office spot. Huge fan. 10 out of 10“

“I usually visit locally owned coffee shops, but I was in the area and needed to pop in to do some work. The staff at this Starbucks were so engaged, kind, and happy. It’s noticeable! Way to go, team! You made my unplanned stop a highlight of my day!“

“I love Starbucks! I have visited hundreds of locations across the country. From Miami to Boston and all the way out to San Francisco. And all kinds of places in-between. And this location represents the name well.

Side note, I know he doesn't work at the store, but I had a wonderful conversation with the most guy that was washing the windows.“

“We spent quite a lot of time here in the mornings and/or early afternoon while our children did some homework - before embarking on the day’s activities. The staff, all of them, and especially Lindsay, were super welcoming and patient! They took time to listen to our kids (who wanted to order themselves and were always asking for knives/spoons/etc for their food), were super kind, and FAST! No matter how busy the place got, and no matter how busy the drive through was, they still managed to multitask spectacularly and give us their attention.

The place is clean, tidy, and the bathrooms are kept up to very clean standards. There’s plenty of seating areas of various kinds (couches, tables, outdoor seating) and everything is kept clean.

Quite notably, when you walk in, the staff say “Welcome in!” That always put a smile on our faces and made us feel extra welcome.

Of course, the coffee was always made to the highest standard and all modification requests were followed! We will miss our regular coffee spot while we’re away and hope to come back soon as it has the coffee we love and the feel of a local cozy coffee shop!“

“I hope corporate knows what a wonderful team they have at this location. I pulled into the drive-through to get my dog, his last pup-a-cino as he is crossing the Rainbow bridge today. Not only were the ladies at this Starbucks friendly and compassionate they even wrote me a little message on my cup. I hope they know how much that meant to me.“

“The mountain brought us down a way we normally don't because coming back home from out of town passing through I have wanted a coffee all morning sure enough the lady at the drive thru around 2pm hooked me up with the best iced white mocha! I didnt catch her name but shes super friendly.“

“This is the cleanest Starbucks I've seen in a while, and that's saying something! I got a Caramel Ribbon Crunch, and it was made just the way I like. Manager Andrea is also the coolest, and the staff takes after her really well. 10/10 recommend, especially for commuters in the Chattanooga area.“

“I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I get the appeal of Starbucks as a café and as a place to hang out with friends and study for classes. I really like this one in particular for that purpose because it has plenty of space inside for customers to sit down and relax over coffee or one of their other offerings. This Starbucks location also offers a wide variety of breakfast options and pastries, though they're often in limited supply. Either way, if you're a student, you can come and visit and even use your meal plan to pay for your coffee! Definitely worth a try.“

“I had a fantastic time! Marco was extremely fast and helpful. The environment was very clean and smelled absolutely amazing. I can not stress enough how great the service was from both Marco and Erin! They both had a great personality and made me happy to purchase a drink here.“

“The poor employee was working the cafe all by himself, but he was a brilliant worker!
He made drinks and took orders like a pro without missing a beat, all the while staying calm, quick, and so polite.

Unfortunately I didn't get his name (he was working August 4th around 5pm), but he seriously deserves some praise and even a raise!

“Downtown location was easy to park on street. Staff was friendly. Location was clean. Only issue I had was my egg bites. Salt and pepper was in cooking sleeve. Salt actually under food. I almost ate Salt packet. Not usable bc of moisture.“

“The people they have working here are exceptional. They always have a helpful attitude and will suggest modifications to drinks to make it a better drink for you and your likes.I highly recommend stopping here on your way in to target to get a pick me up while shopping. We'll worth it for sure.“

“Located inside of the food city that’s very centrally located in the south side of Chattanooga. This is an easy place to get to. They didn’t have lots of tchotchkes and other weird cups and stuff for sale. I’m not sure about most other Starbucks, however it did take me about three or four minutes until the people behind the stopped and asked me if I wanted anythingif not for that it would’ve been a five star for sure.“

“This Starbucks is truly a bright light in a dark place. You would never think that a hospital coffee shop can alter your experience, but the baristas Erin & Katie made me feel heard and understood after sitting in the ER all night with my father. I'll admit I walked up frazzled and unprepared to order, stressed about holding up the line. These two told me not to worry and spent several minutes helping me find a drink I may enjoy--even told me if I ended up not liking their recommendation they'd make me something else. They ended up giving a great recommendation and even wrote it down for me so I would know how to order it again! 100% a positive experience and would recommend this Starbucks to anyone because of the staff.
