Other than her, the drinks were spectacular! The baristas done a fantastic job and I really appreciate their attention to detail on my orders!“
“Although all the Starbucks I've been to here in the Chattanooga area are great, this one has to be my favorite. I have become a regular as it is on my way to work, and some have even come to know me by name. The times I have just come to hang out it has always been peaceful, and the service has been quick. Even if it weren't on my way to work, I would still frequent this location!“

“I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I get the appeal of Starbucks as a café and as a place to hang out with friends and study for classes. I really like this one in particular for that purpose because it has plenty of space inside for customers to sit down and relax over coffee or one of their other offerings. This Starbucks location also offers a wide variety of breakfast options and pastries, though they're often in limited supply. Either way, if you're a student, you can come and visit and even use your meal plan to pay for your coffee! Definitely worth a try.“
“No drive-thru, so it is a bit inconvenient, but if you use the app then it's easy in & out pick-up if you have 2 people in your vehicle - one to loop around the parking lot and one to run in an pick up the on-line order, which, for me, has always been ready when I arrived.“
“Don’t argue with me!!! I ordered hot caramel apple cider, extra hot… only reason I tasted it while still in drive thru was to make sure it was hot, not lukewarm because of whip cream. It was flat out coffee with whip cream on top!! Guy was nice but argued it wasn’t coffee… you know what… I’m not passing it back and forth thru the window for a fourth time! I wanted a hot drink… it was hot… just kept it instead of arguing. Family had fun tasting it to agree it was 100% coffee, so not a total loss. Kinda like taste the yucky jelly bean game. The rest of our $53 order was good. Next time???Probably drive extra mile to the other Starbucks.“

“The people they have working here are exceptional. They always have a helpful attitude and will suggest modifications to drinks to make it a better drink for you and your likes.I highly recommend stopping here on your way in to target to get a pick me up while shopping. We'll worth it for sure.“

I would like to pay special thanks to two of the beristas Madisson Alexis at this location for excellent service and amazing coffee. And not to leave out Kyle. He was very attentive and kind. Top 10 Starbucks in the country.P.s. Not every crew that works this location is as amazing as Madisson, Alexis and Kyle.I went to get coffee this morning 6/4/23, coffee was par. and staff was rude. “This Starbucks is truly a bright light in a dark place. You would never think that a hospital coffee shop can alter your experience, but the baristas Erin & Katie made me feel heard and understood after sitting in the ER all night with my father. I'll admit I walked up frazzled and unprepared to order, stressed about holding up the line. These two told me not to worry and spent several minutes helping me find a drink I may enjoy--even told me if I ended up not liking their recommendation they'd make me something else. They ended up giving a great recommendation and even wrote it down for me so I would know how to order it again! 100% a positive experience and would recommend this Starbucks to anyone because of the staff. Special thank you to Erin & Katie, you two made my morning! (And thank you for the sticker on my cup).“
“The coffee was good. The only problem was we ordered three drinks, and only two were ready when our name was called to get the drinks. It took a long time for the Barista to fix our last drink. It took so long that I had to go back to the cashier to make sure that our drink was going to be made. It should have been just a trip like maybe 15 minutes, which took up 30 minutes for us to wait on that last drink. Because we had to wait on the last drink to be fixed, we were late for our planned appointment.“
