Starbucks in Chattanooga

“Favorite coffee shop! Our run group meets here after our Friday morning run every week. Environment is awesome and staff ROCKS! We stop in every Sunday on our way to church. And it's my go-to spot when I need a work-away-from-the-office spot. Huge fan. 10 out of 10“

“I went into Starbucks around 7 AM this morning and came out to find my car dead and not starting. Laura, a staff member, quickly stepped in to help and got my car started so I could make it to an auto parts store and replace the battery — all while she was super busy with the drive-thru. I can’t thank her enough. It just goes to show that the employees here truly care about their customers. Thank you again, Laura! :-)“

“I love Starbucks! I have visited hundreds of locations across the country. From Miami to Boston and all the way out to San Francisco. And all kinds of places in-between. And this location represents the name well.

Side note, I know he doesn't work at the store, but I had a wonderful conversation with the most guy that was washing the windows.“

“I visit Starbucks 2-3 times a day and because they always make my hot mocha perfect. this is one of my favorite locations bc they always make my White Mocha perfect. I felt bad when I saw they are open on Christmas Day but, after It was explained that no one was being forced and they’re making time & 1/2 I’m actually happy that they’re given the opportunity to make some extra.“

“Rob, the manager of the morning crew, is the best manager this Starbucks has ever had in the 20 years I’ve been a customer here. Rob, Erin, Natalie, Haley, and the rest of the crew are always friendly. When they see my car pull up, they get my order ready. They are always engaging, asking me how my week is going. They really start my day off right.“

“This is by far the best Starbucks in Chattanooga. I've really noticed over the past 2 months that the vibe has become more welcoming, and the staff is unmatched in terms of friendliness, speed, and coffee-making competence. If you work remotely or need to study/read, it's also just a chill place to hang out. Highly recommend.“

“The staff are friendly and will inquire about your day if they are waiting for your order and there is not a line. I've always had great interactions and consistently good drinks and food at this Starbucks! I use the drive thru option here as parking can be difficult at times.“

“I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I get the appeal of Starbucks as a café and as a place to hang out with friends and study for classes. I really like this one in particular for that purpose because it has plenty of space inside for customers to sit down and relax over coffee or one of their other offerings. This Starbucks location also offers a wide variety of breakfast options and pastries, though they're often in limited supply. Either way, if you're a student, you can come and visit and even use your meal plan to pay for your coffee! Definitely worth a try.“

“The poor employee was working the cafe all by himself, but he was a brilliant worker!
He made drinks and took orders like a pro without missing a beat, all the while staying calm, quick, and so polite.

Unfortunately I didn't get his name (he was working August 4th around 5pm), but he seriously deserves some praise and even a raise!

“The people they have working here are exceptional. They always have a helpful attitude and will suggest modifications to drinks to make it a better drink for you and your likes.I highly recommend stopping here on your way in to target to get a pick me up while shopping. We'll worth it for sure.“

“Downtown location was easy to park on street. Staff was friendly. Location was clean. Only issue I had was my egg bites. Salt and pepper was in cooking sleeve. Salt actually under food. I almost ate Salt packet. Not usable bc of moisture.“

“This Starbucks is conveniently located on Highway 153 near the Northgate Mall & Memorial Hospital, and I usually stop here each day on my business trips to the area. It is a popular spot in the mornings as evidenced by the long drive-thru line, which is why I use my Starbucks app to order when I leave my hotel a 2-minute drive away and am am in & out with my drink before the line has moved 2 cars.“

“This Starbucks is truly a bright light in a dark place. You would never think that a hospital coffee shop can alter your experience, but the baristas Erin & Katie made me feel heard and understood after sitting in the ER all night with my father. I'll admit I walked up frazzled and unprepared to order, stressed about holding up the line. These two told me not to worry and spent several minutes helping me find a drink I may enjoy--even told me if I ended up not liking their recommendation they'd make me something else. They ended up giving a great recommendation and even wrote it down for me so I would know how to order it again! 100% a positive experience and would recommend this Starbucks to anyone because of the staff.
