I understand being short handed, but that should not have such a imon customer service.you order at the register now. Was greater nicely, but it was down hill from their. I chose a shake instead of a soda with my meal. Was not told it would be a child size, wasn't even asked for a size. Shake had black flakes in it. When I asked about it they did offer to male another one but followed with " it's probably oreo's". It made its way to the garbage. Chili Mac looked watered down....read full review

Not the Steak & Shake I am use to patronizing. With no servers, it is basically the same as a drive through.....you order at the counter, same as ordering at the drive thru.....find an inside seat and do your own cleanup afterwards. A no tip environment.

I have never liked steak 'n shake but my husband has so we go there first time since pandemic and it will be the last. A burger with ketchup and pickles only and the meat was so thin, terrible.
