Food was good but service just isn’t there. Salad came out with out dressing. Very few touches on the table. Food came out waitress did not ask about refills and didn’t come by till I was 1/4 into my food with no drink. Asked for refill she said sure turned around and took a food order at the table behind us before getting the drink. Just very painful when you stop eating for something so simple.
Great experience. Place was hoppin’ and busy. Party of 2, and were seated immediately. Service was great. Food was great. I really liked the “pick 4 sides” vegetarian meal deal for $10.99. I am unable to eat meat. I left happy, and satisfied. My bill with a $5 tip was under $20. Well done guys
The best Texas Roadhouse in the nation in my opinion. Sam took great care of us and the management staff checked on us too. Food was perfectly cooked and can’t say enough great things about our experience. Let me repeat, Sam was excellent. She is attentive, loves people, and passionate about her work. Bless her and everyone at this Texas Roadhouse location in Chattanooga TN.
