Great staff
After having heard so much for years about how great the place was Comma I found the food to be just okay period Our server was also the bartender But he was on top of his game! My son ordered something similar to mine but, upon being served, it's like they forgot to put all the toppings on it

Cheesesteak Factory is a restaurant that serves amazing food with friendly employees. Their menu items, such as the original cheesesteak and south street Philly, are flavorful and filling, with soft bread that holds together well. The portions are generous for the price. While service can be slow, especially during late evenings, the food is usually better than McDonald's and a little cheaper. They also have a unique ice cream machine where customers can make their own cones with the best soft serve chocolate ice cream. Customers praise the food quality and friendly service, and many recommend trying their homemade white bbq sauce on the Cheesesteak sandwich. With a convenient parking area, Cheesesteak Factory is a great spot to visit, especially when busy and fresh food is available. However, some have experienced issues with menu items like barbecue pork sandwiches, which can contain bone fragments, leading to disappointment. Despite this, the overall experience remains positive, with many customers enjoying the flavorful meals and the fun ice cream cone station.
