The McDonald's restaurant offers a variety of delicious menu items, including burgers, fries, and chicken nuggets, which are often described as tasty and fresh. The staff is generally friendly, and the restaurant is typically clean. Many customers have praised the service, noting that the staff is professional. The restaurant has been busy at times, but employees have managed to keep everything hot and fresh, making it an excellent choice for road trips. Kid-friendliness is evident, as kids are always happy to go to McDonald's. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to visit. However, some customers have reported issues with obtaining condiments, order mistakes, and experiencing perceived racial bias from certain employees. Recent reviews highlighted problems such as cold chicken nuggets, limp fries, and incorrect orders. Despite these issues, a cute pup cup was appreciated by some customers.
