“Generally clean place, the tuna wasn't over-saturated in mayo but made right. She let me see the tuna as she was applying it to the bread, friendly staff. My table needed to be wiped, but overall, this is definitely one of the better subways, one that I highly recommend 👌“

“Stopped for a quick bite for breakfast, used to drive-thru which is quick, efficient, Most of the time. I think I came through on the one time where they're cleaning the driveway/ building.

“Literally the WORST experience of my life at ANY restaurant! I paid almost $18 for a meal and got home in 18 degree weather and did not have all my items I requested! I called and the lady manager whom was on staff at the moment got SO rude with me and simply had no COMPASSION NOR CARED! Refused me a FULL refund for making me come ALL the way back up there in 18 degree weather! I showed up and the district manager was EVEN WORSE! He was a YOUNG PUNK with NO heart or Compassion and did not even TRY to make me satisfied as an upset customer! He made the situation WORSE by ARGUING back, instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake and the bad situation they put me through. This completely ruined me for ANY Culvers! If this is how they are changing and how they treat people...They have lost my support! It's a ashame and I'm so disappointed! This store is heartless!“

“I was shorted 2 pieces of chicken from my MOBILE order. Called to have them refund me for what I paid for and didn’t receive but the manager Deanna said she didn't have the ability to do that, but that she'd contact the person above her who could. It took a day or so, but I eventually received an email that my entire order had been refunded. Not as quickly or efficiently as I'd like, but they did make it right in the end. “I love Slim Chickens food....but after tonight, I'm a fan of their service as well! We placed a delivery order through the app. Our food showed up but the driver didn't even ring the bell. They dropped our food off on the sidewalk. We figured out it was there because our dog barked when they pulled out of the driveway. Our food was right....hot and fresh but the 3 dessert jars were missing...which shouldn't be an issue except they are fairly pricey (but totally worth it). I called the delivery persons phone and he said "no english" and hung up on me. I sent a text to him hoping that he was using Google translate and he came back to our house. My husband went to meet him in the drive and all he said was "that's all they gave me. call store". We called the store and the manager got on the phone. I explained the situation to him and he remembered putting the 3 jars with our order so he knew the driver had kept the desserts. He gave me a choice of a refund or he would send our desserts to us....no questions asked. Our desserts showed up 15 minutes later by a great driver (Emma) and all ended well. Great service and food by the Thompson Lane location!!!!!“

“This is the cleanest best smelling Hardee's I've ever been to. Haven't been to Hardee's since moved from Memphis. All those Hardee's were terrible. The food and cleanliness of this place was amazing. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.“

“Wow, Mum and I stopped on our way home from running errands. We had been saying for months that one day we needed to stop, but didn't. We'll, today we did, and it was glorious.

Omgoodness delicious. It is a place for transplants from Venezuela to pick up local delicious foods for lunch and dinner, according to cook. The food is wonderful.

We bought...
2 Empanada Pollo. These were so juicy, and fresh. The corn masa was perfection.

1 Pastelon Maiz. This is like a kind of pastry with home made cheese and corn. I am getting this again.
1 Pernil Pork. So tender and in a pastry.

$18 bucks. Mum and I shared everything and she loved it too.
They really make good food, and I received a history lesson on steet food and how it is prepared.

Came with a creamy dill sauce and a hot sauce. The hot sauce can burn, a little goes a long way.

I wish we would have stopped sooner, but now we know, and we are thrilled.

Well, didn't save anything for Honey, we will just have to make another trip.“

I had a good experience here. My tacos were fresh, unbroken, and crispy. Nacho fries were good too, and my dad’s food was also great too.

The employees were nice, outdoor tables were clean, and the indoor ones too.

Also, not kiosk only! (Except that one Taco Bell in Smyrna.. we don’t talk about that one..)

It was already fairly busy and I was surprised to see it good came out quickly and accurately. The crew last night was working very hard, was quick. And friendly. “Shout-out to Chaffin Arby’s tonight (2/20/22). After we ordered the computer system shut-down. As we got to the window, we were told to pull forward the food would be brought out. My husband reminded we had not paid and only had $2 cash. We were told, “we don’t know when it will be working”. Instead of say, “we can’t serve you”, we were given our food for free! Thanks Arby’s!“

“I like stacking the coupons in the McDonald's app. I use the buy one get one free breakfast sandwich at breakfast, then 15 minutes later they let you use another coupon. I usually stack the "secret" buy one get one for a dollar McChicken add pickles or McDouble coupon (just add 2 of them to your bag) with the free large fries with $2 purchase coupon. They give double rewards points towards free food during breakfast. You have to really like McDonald's though and strategically arrive at the restaurant a little before 10:30 AM to do this. That's when they switch from breakfast to lunch. If you use your rewards points, you can't use a coupon. If you use a coupon, you can't use your rewards points. It's not a big issue though when they let you use one or the other every 15 minutes, unlimited.“

“I have been going to this location for many years, and it feels like home. The same people are there every morning, and at least, some of the same staff. They say "Good Morning" and even give some of their visitors a "hug". It can get really busy especially after 9:30 AM and on the weekends, but I go earlier than that. I wouldn't consider any other place for my morning coffee and breakfast.

“The reason for 4 stars is my milkshake experience has gone downhill. I religiously order milkshakes from here every time I get food but something has changed with the shakes recently that just isn’t sitting right. They seem very runny now compared to how they were before. However the food itself is always 10/10. I also really enjoy the service here they’re some very personable people.“

“I went to this location tonight 12/4/2025 for the first time in like a year because I saw the sign that's says Under new Management. I met the new owner and he was super nice even though I went in like 15 mins before they close. The place even the bathroom was super clean And the food was still really good nothing looked like it had been out all day and it was fresh like its suppose to be. If you haven't been back to this location because of the bad service you use to get. Now is the time to give them a chance with the new owner.“

“Had a mobile order and they asked me to come inside to pick it up. I was a little annoyed. I did not have to wait long. There were only about 3-4 workers and the drive thru was extremely busy. They stayed professional and worked through it. My order was accurate and fresh. They work really hard and deserve a raise!“
