“Generally clean place, the tuna wasn't over-saturated in mayo but made right. She let me see the tuna as she was applying it to the bread, friendly staff. My table needed to be wiped, but overall, this is definitely one of the better subways, one that I highly recommend 👌“

“Great service that was different for a change. I am use to horrible service at my local locations I go to once in a while. This location was really quick and polite. They got my order right and my iced coffee was perfect! The only problem I saw was the drive thrus location. This McDonald's is connected to the Truck Stop and their drive thru is very small in length. The order speaker is out towards the driveway for store and gas traffic so if you're driving a truck you'll be sticking out and in the way. They should have positioned the McDonald's on the other side (West side) of the store and had a longer wrap around drive thru. Other than that it was a great experience as far as fast food goes and they seem to care about their drive thru times. I will stop here again in the future while working.“

“Literally the WORST experience of my life at ANY restaurant! I paid almost $18 for a meal and got home in 18 degree weather and did not have all my items I requested! I called and the lady manager whom was on staff at the moment got SO rude with me and simply had no COMPASSION NOR CARED! Refused me a FULL refund for making me come ALL the way back up there in 18 degree weather! I showed up and the district manager was EVEN WORSE! He was a YOUNG PUNK with NO heart or Compassion and did not even TRY to make me satisfied as an upset customer! He made the situation WORSE by ARGUING back, instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake and the bad situation they put me through. This completely ruined me for ANY Culvers! If this is how they are changing and how they treat people...They have lost my support! It's a ashame and I'm so disappointed! This store is heartless!“

“They are always friendly. But this was a new location and I was very happy with it all. The chicken was tender, juicy, and hot. My only issue was I asked for triple pickles and I didn't get that on my sandwich. It didn't diminish the flavor. I just love pickles. I will go back. Thank You!!“

“I love Slim Chickens food....but after tonight, I'm a fan of their service as well! We placed a delivery order through the app. Our food showed up but the driver didn't even ring the bell. They dropped our food off on the sidewalk. We figured out it was there because our dog barked when they pulled out of the driveway. Our food was right....hot and fresh but the 3 dessert jars were missing...which shouldn't be an issue except they are fairly pricey (but totally worth it). I called the delivery persons phone and he said "no english" and hung up on me. I sent a text to him hoping that he was using Google translate and he came back to our house. My husband went to meet him in the drive and all he said was "that's all they gave me. call store". We called the store and the manager got on the phone. I explained the situation to him and he remembered putting the 3 jars with our order so he knew the driver had kept the desserts. He gave me a choice of a refund or he would send our desserts to us....no questions asked. Our desserts showed up 15 minutes later by a great driver (Emma) and all ended well. Great service and food by the Thompson Lane location!!!!!“

“Today my great granddaughter asked me to to take her to Dairy Queen and what an excellent experience we had there! We both ordered 4 pc chicken tenders with gravy and wow the food was delicious. I wish I knew the young lady's name that served us but when she brought the food to our table it was hot and delicious!! She had a smile on her beautiful face the entire time we were there. Excellent customer service!!!!! So courteous and kind!! We were there 7/3/26 @3:35 pm I will be back! The restaurant and bathrooms were also very clean! Thank you!“

“came in today for a meeting and decided to grab lunch to take home. the young man, Jones, who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I asked him about his recommendation and he was happy to give me his opinion of the backyard bacon ranch burger. It was delicious! He also took time to make sure everything was in my bag, explaining where he had put everything and even gave a recommendation on how to load my drink carrier for better control. I think he might be new, but I was impressed with how much effort he put into my transaction and provided great customer service!“

“Never have I had a great experience at a Sonic until NOW!!. I pressed to button to make my order and in seconds someone was taking my order. Both orders were specialty orders (not cookie cutter). They not once asked me to repeat it as if they were confused. Literally within 3 minutes my food was brought to the car and nothing was done wrong. Everything was exactly what I asked for. The burgers were very fresh as well.... not like a McDs burger at all. Not to mentions cheaper as well, with the better quality. I will most definitely eat there again and again. Great job people.“

“Shout-out to Chaffin Arby’s tonight (2/20/22). After we ordered the computer system shut-down. As we got to the window, we were told to pull forward the food would be brought out. My husband reminded we had not paid and only had $2 cash. We were told, “we don’t know when it will be working”. Instead of say, “we can’t serve you”, we were given our food for free! Thanks Arby’s!“

“Wow, Mum and I stopped on our way home from running errands. We had been saying for months that one day we needed to stop, but didn't. We'll, today we did, and it was glorious.

Omgoodness delicious. It is a place for transplants from Venezuela to pick up local delicious foods for lunch and dinner, according to cook. The food is wonderful.

We bought...
2 Empanada Pollo. These were so juicy, and fresh. The corn masa was perfection.

1 Pastelon Maiz. This is like a kind of pastry with home made cheese and corn. I am getting this again.
1 Pernil Pork. So tender and in a pastry.

$18 bucks. Mum and I shared everything and she loved it too.
They really make good food, and I received a history lesson on steet food and how it is prepared.

Came with a creamy dill sauce and a hot sauce. The hot sauce can burn, a little goes a long way.

I wish we would have stopped sooner, but now we know, and we are thrilled.

Well, didn't save anything for Honey, we will just have to make another trip.“

“This is the cleanest best smelling Hardee's I've ever been to. Haven't been to Hardee's since moved from Memphis. All those Hardee's were terrible. The food and cleanliness of this place was amazing. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.“

I had a good experience here. My tacos were fresh, unbroken, and crispy. Nacho fries were good too, and my dad’s food was also great too.

The employees were nice, outdoor tables were clean, and the indoor ones too.

Also, not kiosk only! (Except that one Taco Bell in Smyrna.. we don’t talk about that one..)

“I went to this location tonight 12/4/2025 for the first time in like a year because I saw the sign that's says Under new Management. I met the new owner and he was super nice even though I went in like 15 mins before they close. The place even the bathroom was super clean And the food was still really good nothing looked like it had been out all day and it was fresh like its suppose to be. If you haven't been back to this location because of the bad service you use to get. Now is the time to give them a chance with the new owner.“

“This is probably one of the best Hardees in the area. On Sunday mornings they are slammed so you expect some mistakes, but the manager on duty, at least i think she is the manager, doesn't get frustrated and gets the job done. Apologizes with a smile and treats all customers with a smile.“
