Burger King in Clarksville

“I don't normally review places, especially franchise businesses, but the girl dad behind the counter taking our orders tonight was an absolute blessing of a human being. My oldest daughter wanted to treat her sister to the SpongeBob Bikini Bottom Meal after she saved up enough money to do so. She has social anxiety and I've been trying to encourage her talk with cashiers and store employees when she's looking for something or ordering items to help her break out of that shell a little more. This man helped her feel so relaxed during the interaction that she cracked a smile several times and finished ordering both their meals without any trouble. She even approved any substitutions that were required due to them being out of the strawberry shortcake pie without any real hesitation. He even went a step further and included an extra pie and discount to make up for it and the missing toys. This is by far the best experience I've had at any Clarksville Burger King, let alone any Burger King in general. Both my daughters gave the meal a 9/10 for an overall rating of the Bikini Bottom Bundle. This will be the only BK we go to from now on if we order in Clarksville.“

“The service was so great! It was quick, the girl taking our order was funny and warm and the food was ready quickly. My kids love the bikini bottom meal, I think the bun on the krabby patty is gross lol, but it’s a fun meal overall. The food is standard fast food but the employees being genuinely kind and generous made it such a good experience and we will definitely be back!“

“Came In around 11 am was greeted by a sweet blonde headed girl have seen her at other locations she is always so cheerful and sweet. She tried to sell me cookies and even joked around and said she'd take off the chocolate chips because I'm a diabetic. It was a great experience she even came out to my table and asked if she could take my tray after I was done she went beyond an employee. My whopper was nice and fluffy and hot I was impressed with the service and the bathrooms were actually clean. I enjoyed my experience I will definitely be back as it is down the road from my work. Thank you burger king I think her name was sherry.“

“I decided to drive to BK for my 30min lunch break and used the drive thru to get my food. It was taking a little longer for the chicken sandwich to get done but one of the guys (I'm assuming a manager) offered a Hershey pie for my wait. The service was great and I appreciate their customer service.“

“I was not even in here for 10 minutes as soon as I went in there, I ordered my junior Chicken Sandwich with extra lettuce, they said junior chicken down and that thing came out within like 2 minutes, fresh fries, super polite voice. They bring staff very clean. Okay, i'm very happy with you guys to service, keep it up“

“Picked my son up from work and headed home. He was hungry so we stopped at Burger King. I'll be honest, we probably should have found somewhere else because they were closing in 12 minutes but let me tell you...I apologized so many times but Eddie was amazing and said it was alright. He was kind, honest and super friendly. We got fresh food and no fuss. I just think that Eddie needs to be acknowledged. He could have turned us away but he didn't.“

“Stop there it's been quite a I don't normally stop there but I will stop next time I'm in the area manager and staff was awesome everything was cleaning customers for friendly I don't give out high ratings normally but this place was awesome and Wednesday mayor was good price 👍“
