Burger King in Clarksville

“Ordered online and went through drive thru to pick up. Emily was great. She made a joke and made sure i had all my condiments as well as napkins before moving forward to pick up order at next windrow. Food was already ready when i got to the pick up window. Great job team! Manager gets a thumbs up too!“

“Carmen Ford the GM has a wonderful store, and wonderful staff! I have been to Burger King at other locations and was very, very disappointed with the customer service that we had received. But today I decided to come to this location with my husband and son. When we walked in, Maria the front cashier greeted us with a big smile and gave us wonderful service today. As she was taking our orders the items we picked she had us laughing with how she described how delicious the items was. Our food was fresh and delicious ?.
We will definitely be coming back to this location!!“

“I decided to drive to BK for my 30min lunch break and used the drive thru to get my food. It was taking a little longer for the chicken sandwich to get done but one of the guys (I'm assuming a manager) offered a Hershey pie for my wait. The service was great and I appreciate their customer service.“

“Came In around 11 am was greeted by a sweet blonde headed girl have seen her at other locations she is always so cheerful and sweet. She tried to sell me cookies and even joked around and said she'd take off the chocolate chips because I'm a diabetic. It was a great experience she even came out to my table and asked if she could take my tray after I was done she went beyond an employee. My whopper was nice and fluffy and hot I was impressed with the service and the bathrooms were actually clean. I enjoyed my experience I will definitely be back as it is down the road from my work. Thank you burger king I think her name was sherry.“

“Picked my son up from work and headed home. He was hungry so we stopped at Burger King. I'll be honest, we probably should have found somewhere else because they were closing in 12 minutes but let me tell you...I apologized so many times but Eddie was amazing and said it was alright. He was kind, honest and super friendly. We got fresh food and no fuss. I just think that Eddie needs to be acknowledged. He could have turned us away but he didn't.“

“I was not even in here for 10 minutes as soon as I went in there, I ordered my junior Chicken Sandwich with extra lettuce, they said junior chicken down and that thing came out within like 2 minutes, fresh fries, super polite voice. They bring staff very clean. Okay, i'm very happy with you guys to service, keep it up“

“This place is always understaffed... not their fault. They are nice... food is always hot and fresh even when you have to wait. Not their fault that they have to work like that. I'll wait as long as my food is hot and fresh and they are nice and this is always the case. They are great giving what corporate give them“
