Greg and John and the two blonde women made our night the service was amazing very friendly people.
Love the food
definitely a hit or miss with this location, but recently the atmosphere and the customers service is 3/10. It all starts with the management. I work in the fast food customer service as well, so I definitely understand certain things. Learn how to greet your customer and welcome them in it definitely sets a big tone . a simple “Hi welcome in” or “Hello”. anyways when fixing the food, the customer simply just ask for extra of something in politely tone.....read full review
