Teriyaki Madness offers fresh food that is always tasty, with vegetables that crunch with the right texture and the right amount for the price. The teriyaki chicken is cooked just right and covered with their own proprietary sauce. The veggies are enjoyable, and the prices are in line with most anywhere else. The dining room is very clean. The staff is amazing, polite, and take pride in the restaurant, staff, and customers. Everyone speaks, the manager is very friendly, the cashier is patient, and the cooks are funny. One person makes the best fried rice and is hilarious. The customer service is great; the person working the counter recognizes customers and asks how everything is, showing how much they appreciate customers. However, one visit was disappointing: the teriyaki chicken tasted like it had been sitting out all day, the noodles were completely dry, everything was SO salty, and even the egg roll was disappointing. The food was so salty that it couldn’t be finished, and almost $30 felt wasted. The restaurant reached out the very next day and made things right; new food was so much better, everything tasted fresh and was much more enjoyable.
