Arby's in Cleveland

“I was having difficulty with checking out and paying for my order via the app.
I drove to the store and went in, and the manager, a young women, fixed my problem.

The food was made quickly, it was fresh and yummy. All the employees were pleasant and wore smiles. They were doing their jobs and doing them well.

“My wife ordered dinner for herself her husband and my son, everything was perfect, we even thought it was funny when they misspelled the name on the bag, I'm a big guy so I ordered two sandwiches. I got to my last sandwich which which is a double cheeseburger and it was almost too raw for me to eat I called the store and spoke to Erica. I kind of felt a little stupid after speaking to her I did not know that I can order my burger cooked anyway I wanted to.... Erica , thank you , for being a perfect manger“
