“The food was absolutely delicious! What really stood out, though, was how friendly and welcoming the staff were.
We were dining with our two young children, and the staff thoughtfully gave them hamburger toys. The kids were so surprised and excited—it really made their day!
The beef burger was a classic, packed with juicy beef and full of flavor. The chicken tenders and fries were also outstanding and perfectly cooked.

“Out of every state and every drive thru that I have been to, Chantell had been the kindest drive-through worker of them all! I’ve literally never had anybody so sweet and so friendly take my order. When she first welcomed me to Arby’s my first thought was “OK. This is a recording. There’s no way somebody could be this nice.” After I ordered, and her voice came back on the intercom, my second thought was “wow she must be doing this remotely from her home because there’s no way that you can be on your feet working hard and still have a good attitude like this.” When I got to the window to pay, Chantell was the one who greeted me, so I was literally shocked and amazed that it was an “in store person” taking my order! She had an angelic voice and I felt well taken care of in her hands. She even double checked for napkins and straw. Hands down this was the best worker in America, and I hope that she gets a great raise for being so gracious to the customers! Well done Chantell!“
