I only pulled up to the window the cashier was standing with her back to the window propped up against it she stayed that way until the food was done turning around took her card handed us our food and was very short and very rude the another lady was outside the restaurant screaming for an employee or something it was just a weird environment I just need to work on customer service
Took 5 mins for someone to take my order with only one car in front of me. I order a lg water with my meal and was told they had to charge me for a water which would be fine for the cup a 1 at most but no for tap water I was charged 2.99 before tax when I asked I was told it was a Hardee’s thing like wtf. 2.99
Hardee’s biscuit and gravy is my favorite biscuit and gravy. They make it just right, with the rare exception. The young guy at the window was really friendly and polite. I asked for an extra bag for one of the biscuits and gravy and he actually bagged it for me instead of handing me the extra bag like some people do when I forget to ask first. Thanks Hardee’s!
