Very horrible service today.. Food was cold, forgot to bring salad and noodles out. Couldn’t find the server to let her know and the manager was zero help in the situation . Last time coming here
they can not pass a health inspection. numerous times they have failed. I do not understand how they are allowed to still serve food.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND Hibachi Express. I hit 'no' but it still didn't register. Here's my review from my unfortunate experience.
Check your food before you eat! I found a circular snail in my food from Japanese Hibachi Express on Spring Creek Boulevard, Cleveland, TN
