“We went to KFC on Keith Street today. Normally it is so cold and the staff is not welcoming. Today Ebony took care of us and she did a fabulous job! Our food was good and was actually comfortable in the lobby. Normally we have to wear jackets and I have been known to bring a blanket in here it's so cold.“
“Had to call the restaurant to request napkins and butter on a recent order and spoke to a young man named Ky he was the most polite and respectful young man who was not just pleasant to speak with he listened and added the items (napkins, but etc) to my order and when it arrived not only were the items in the bag the order was very neatly packaged“
