“I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars ONLY because I eat here often and this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue. I went into the store around 5:30 this evening and had a pickup order. I saw that they brought the popcorn chicken back, so I had to order some. I waited for them to make some fresh. However, when I got home, the chicken was RAW inside😭 Make sure you check everything before eating it. I will never pop one in my mouth blindly again.“
“I have never been treated this well at a fast-food restaurant like KFC, Wendy’s, or any similar place. Yesterday, my husband, my aunt, my daughter, and I visited this KFC, and the employee who helped us, Rondon, made our experience truly exceptional. I actually had to ask for his name because I wanted to recognize him.
From the moment we arrived, he was warm, kind, and always smiling. He went above and beyond by bringing our food to our table when we got distracted. But what touched us the most was how sweet he was with my little daughter, Sofi. He complimented her throughout our visit, gave her a small toy, and when we were leaving, he even gave her stickers. Those thoughtful gestures made all of us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated.
Employees like Rondon are rare, and they make a huge difference. Fast-food restaurants often have a reputation for poor customer service, but Rondon completely changed that perception for us. I truly hope KFC recognizes what an outstanding employee they have because people like him are the reason customers come back. Thank you, Rondon, for making our day so special!“
“The lady at the drive thru was very kind to me that means a lot I had just came from Walmart pharmacy and the lady at the drive thru there was very nasty and mean kindness goes a long way the lady at Walmart pharmacy should learn from this woman at KFC on how to treat people God bless this woman I wish I knew her name thank you for your kindness“
“Went to KFC-Cedar Bluff Road- to try their Chicken Pot Pie and it was good. The crust was excellent but the filling was not like the pie in the commercial. Typical advertising, I suppose. The filling was certainly edible. Their hot wings were really good. Restaurant was clean and employees were very nice, helpful and professional. We will go back.“
“They have great Service, The employers are very fast. The employee that was helping me was Bradley he was nice and made sure I had everything in my bag and my food was fresh, and they gave me all my sauce. Definitely my favorite KFC to go to!“
