We went to the 25th Street location while my dad played a show with a band, and we had been there the whole time, ordered food and everything. But after the guy took my drink order, he came up to our table and yelled at us saying we didn't pay to get in. We were told by the owner we didn't have to pay since we were with the band. we politely explained what we were told, But had said if we had to then we would, no problem. This was absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced, the owner is rude and chooses to take the side of his friends that put their hands on women. If you want to go to a bar as a single female don’t do it, you are not safe. And then to top things off the bill had things we did not order, cops were called and we were made to leave and told if we didn’t pay the whole bill (with stuff we did not order) we would go to jail. This is the worst place I have ever been.
We have ordered from here multiple times and ordered the same way. Today we were shorted our cheese dip that we paid extra for and is essentially all our toddler will eat. Instead of taking responsibility for shorting us our food they blamed us, and yelled at us. He refused to give us what we paid for without a lecture on how we made the mistake. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Go to one of the other 500 Mexican restaurants in this town. I know we sure will.
