Pizza Hut offers a mixed dining experience. The buffet, once a highlight, has declined, with the pasta and breadsticks described as hard. However, the pizzas, including the rectangular deep dish, cheese, veggie, and pepperoni, are still praised as delicious, with plentiful toppings. The service is attentive, and the overall deal is considered good value. The iconic Pizza Hut red cups have been replaced with paper cups, and the lack of a salad bar is a disappointment for some.
The cooks at Pizza Hut have really outdone themselves, as evidenced by the excellent large supreme pizza with tomatoes on thin crust, which a customer described as the best they've ever had. The crust, sauce, and toppings were perfect and had the best taste ever. The delivery driver, Robert, in the red Chevy Cobalt, is praised for being super fast, super friendly, and super funny, making it a joy to see him coming with the pizza.
However, one customer experienced a longer than expected wait time to pick up their order at a small location in Cleveland, and they may not return to that particular restaurant. The locations on APD 40 and in Ooltewah are reported to be better.
