Birthday cakes from the Village Bake Shop have been a family tradition since we moved here 17 years ago. Friendly people, gorgeous (and delicious!) cakes, and some awesome pastries. I only wish they had seating for a sit down experience.
I remember going to this bakery as a little girl. Through the years I've used them for so many celebrations. This is one of my favorite places. Their cake is so moist and delicious with buttery icing (not crisco tasting). Their thumb print cookies are delicious! The staff is amazing and have always gone out of their way to make me happy.

Since I was a little girl I have been going to this bakery, it is always a pleasure. Every time I go it takes me back to the good ole days. All who works here are all very nice. I can't pinpoint one thing that I like the best because everything is sooooo good! Just make sure you get some thumb print cookies!
