Everytime I go to this sonic specifically my food taste like it has been in a hot bar for hours and then just slung together this sonic use to be the most fresh in Cleveland till wildwood got shut down now for some reason it made this sonic ever worse then before
We ordred a grilled cheese and got a BLT, we were in one of the stalls outside and we hit the red button several times to get it fixed and no one answered, and like 5-7 minutes later, a guy working there walked by so we stopped him and got him to fix it. If it wasn't for him, we wouldnt have got anything we needed.
I wish Sonic would bring back grilled chicken and wrap options. Just fried options are on the menu now. I chose the hot dog, but it was absolutely soggy with too much mustard and ketchup. Tots and onion rings were good, though.
Update: I appreciate Sonic replying to my review. I don't really need contacted back though. I stated my experience and don't need any freebies in response. Just hoping they can do better as I do like Sonic historically....
