“They don't check online orders so pretty much if it's paid for you can just take it & go.... they've not stopped me from getting my food but they don't ask if I'm the one who that specific order is for so do with that what you want..... maybe get a friend to help out

“After having the door locked in our faces an hour and 20 minutes before closing at N Lee Hwy location on 9-22-17, we came to this store. The young man working was slammed!! He was working alone and was the nicest person even tho obviously stressed. He could have been rude and hateful but he was just the opposite. Thank you young man!! We were rather upset when we got there but you turned that around and our food was amazing!!“
“Stopped by today and got a pizza sub. The lady behind the counter wasn't familiar with said sub but she allowed me to walk her through it. She was very friendly, so was her coworker that recommended the chipotle chips. The store was immaculate and the lady that made my subs made sure to wash her hands and change gloves accordingly. This is a complete turn around from last time a few months ago. My pizza sub was the best in years btw!“
“Not a huge fan of Subway because of the price/portion ratio is not like other restaurants. The meat portions are smaller compared to Firehouse. As much veggies as you want if that's what you like. That's the best score I will give them.“
“I was finished with Subway. I have been to so many bad ones through the Southern US that I wasn't going back. Wanted a sub, so I thought I would try the one at the Pilot gas center near the rv park we are staying. We were very surprised!!!! Not only they did a great job with our subs, but the three people working were so pleasant and cared about what they were doing!!! It is rare to see this. All Subways should be like this!!! Thank you for caring!!!!!!!!!“
“the manager is a very nice lady and will help you as much as she can and the assistance manager is the same way I think they are hard worker's and should get a pay raise for all they have to put up with from customers.
Vegetarian options: there's plenty of veggies so if you don't like meat they still have something for you to eat“
“I stopped by Subway earlier today and had the best experience thanks to a worker there I think his name was Coby I’m almost certain of it. He was fast, friendly, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. The service was amazing—efficient, clean, and with a great attitude. Definitely one of the best Subway visits I’ve had.
