“Probably the best Subway I've been to in a long while. Staff was trying to take a break while we were there, but every time someone came in they all left their break and took care of the customers. Excellent! My sandwich was good and made well. I did not get the feeling that they were throwing it together and trying to get it over with. Obviously a better managed/trained shop than most.“

“This Subway at 7635 Lee hey was clean, everything was stocked, and the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I had left another subway a few miles away because they rudely told me they had to slice the turkey I wanted and I “was gonna have to wait” like I was asking so much of the lady working. Coming to this Lee hwy location made me feel so much better after having a rude experience at the other. The management here knows what they’re doing!“
“We went to Walmart on Saturday and were hungry when we got there and went to subway. They were busy and there was only one lady working. She was very nice and fast and just overall a delight. Her name was Jackie. I commented on the fact that she was working all alone and she said she had been with the company 6 years. She made the sandwiches and took the money and washed her hands after every order. I was very impressed with this lady and the way she handled the rush. Thank you for a pleasant experience Jackie“

“Today's experience is more about Carolyn than Subway in general. This Subway location looks great, new, clean and is good order. I arrived late in the lunch hour to a busy house. A single lady Carolyn was expertly handling a long line of customers by herself. She apologized but took care of my order quickly and professionally. 5 stars for her. Hopefully they can hire help for her.“
“First time in Tennessee, first drive thru we went though was an absolute shit show so we opted for subway. The dude tried to scam us at the Wendy's on the same road and we told the employees working behind the counter our experience and they apologized profusely for what someone else did! Not only that but they asked about our visit, welcomed us but then also ended up giving us free medium drinks as well. Super kind, attentive and respectable. Couldn't say the same for Wendy's.“
“At first, the manager or the guy who was the lead appeared to be acting kind of funny, but he was just letting us know that he didn't take buy one get one free coupons. After that, everything else works smoothly. He interacts very well with my children. The food was good, and the place used to be an old krystal's is very new, and they were just friendly.“
“This Subway is the cleanest one I’ve visited in Chattanooga. Kudos to the management for staying on top of it while working with a lot of foot traffic. I had my favorite Tuna on artesian white with Provolone cheese and it had a generous amount of Tuna on a soft sub bread. There are a number of new Subway sandwich combinations as this chain trys to reinvent itself. Great parking here and plenty of tables to sit and eat. The only negative is this location does not accept any coupons that you regularly see in the community news. Still a great value. For a footlong with drink and a 6”meal deal, it was less than $25.“
“Since I work near downtown the only nearby Chick-fil-A locations are this one, and one inside UTC, I think. I decided to try this place because I had a serious Chick-fil-A craving and didn't know if the one at UTC would be easily accessible to non-students (parking, entry to the building, etc.). This Chick-fil-A is inside Erlanger, if you park in the parking deck go inside the hospital where the parking payment machine is located. Walk past that and turn right when you get to a sort of reception desk type area, you will start to see signs for bistro or something like that so follow those. This Chick-fil-A is a Chick-fil-A express that is inside the hospital food court. Like most express Chick-fil-As they did not seem to have a full menu; just fries, nuggets, sandwiches, and a salad consisting of lettuce with two tomato slices on top. I was a little disappointed as I was craving a frosted lemonade, but it makes sense that this is not a full Chick-fil-A since it is in a food court. At lunch time there was no line and the food was hot so I was still happy to find somewhere closer than the Hixson location to curve my chicken cravings.“
“Dabrock is an absolute treasure! They make sure your experience is a pleasant one. They are very knowledgeable about the menu and the various changes that Subway makes. Dabrock goes out of their way to make sure that the customer is taken care of and has a great experience. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Subway in a long time.“

Food portions were good.My husband likes the flatbread pizza. He asked to add black olives and was happily surprised by the amount of olives they used.I like the veggie salad, topped with grated cheese. Each ingredient was a generous serving.“
