Subway in Chattanooga

“El,Sabrina,Dani,Dena,Kayla,Mindy and all who work at this establishment are incredibly beautiful people. Everytime I've interacted with, or even just walked in and have overheard these bright, strong peeps in how they listen and interact with their customers, has been so refreshing to see, hear and almost feel. Thank you for the kindness and careful environment!“

“This location is always a good experience for me. The people are friendly, and the restaurant is very clean. I eat at this location at least once a week. So much so that they know my order and start making it before I even get up to the counter.“

“The meatball sub i freaky like just wish they would cut the meatballs in half or 1/4 bite size also if they could be more done .

“On Feb 11,2026 I stopped by on my way to work that afternoon. Two courteous ladies were working behind the counter. I watched them as they moved with precision making each order with a smile.Keep it up ladies we appreciate y'all,good sandwich too.“

“I needed some items in WalMart early in the morning and wanted some breakfast. I had not considered a Subway before, and ruled out McDonalds as they don't have turkey bacon or sausage with their egg breakfast. I was there over an hour before the Subway in the store opened, but the worker was getting set up. She graciously invited me in and fixed my 6" chicken teriyaki sub! Service above and beyond.“

“If there is a manager to brag on, it would be Tasha! She was working by herself, but she still took the time to greet my son and me as we walked in. She let us know it would be a moment, and despite being the only one on staff, she was incredibly patient and took her time with us.

Not only was her service great, but I also noticed the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. As Tasha finished the orders before ours, she gave us her full attention, asked about our day, and even asked for our names. She talked directly to my son and really listened to his order.

Tasha is nothing short of amazing! Overall, we had a great dinner and experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and our subs.“

“I used to work at Subway. I am somewhat specific as to how I prefer to have my Subway sandwiches prepared. I was happy that the employees at this Subway were able to follow my requests and make it the same way I would have done myself. This has not always been the case at other locations. They were also fast and friendly. I was somewhat surprised when they asked my partner if he was (eligible for a senior discount) over 62 years old, but we shared a good laugh about it when we arrived back home, so it was certainly not a big deal. The bread was just a little dry, and the tomatoes could have been fresher, but I don't expect anything different from Subway. The food was still good and I enjoyed it very much.“

“I'm being completely serious when I write this. Erica is probably the best Subway employee I have ever met. Period. I have never seen someone put so much care into making a sandwich. I was perfect. And Erica was so sweet and professional. I would recommend this Subway to anyone. I've met a few other employees there as well and they are all great. “One of the best subway locations in Chattanooga. I use to work at subway as a teenager so I can hardly stand it, so the only reason I still go is because it’s close and convenient to my work. They have been consistently making my sandwiches properly which is surprising compared to the downtown location where you get a half toasted cold rotisserie chicken sandwich or a gallon of sauce served with a side of rude Attitude.“

“Atmosphere is excellent with very attentive customer service was exceptional. Huge variety of products. The gentleman took time to work out issue to fix problem I had with product with product I bought from another vendor. Excellent place to visit.“

“Cedrick was the associate that helped us out today and was really a kind soul, even hooked the kids up with two free cookies on the house. Actually now hat I think about it, we got two sandwiches and three drinks and the total was 38 dollars, Cedrick even said “wow that’s a lot of money” so I’m guessing we got charged for those on the house cookies. Either way the young man was kind and that’s a plus in the world today right? Kinda dirty and smells like weed, but what place isn’t these days?“

“There is an employee her name Shay, she is amazing! Easy going! Talks a lot tho. She should be employee of the year! She can carry a conversation. Always a good vibe when me and the girls have visited.. only come in when we know she is working. Always a good time with her working!“

Dabrock goes out of their way to make sure that the customer is taken care of and has a great experience. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Subway in a long time.“

“I didn't ever really appreciated Subway until I found myself eating a sandwich at the many, many, national, regional, & privately own sandwich shops that are everywhere. Once you go out & eat ALL the other sandwich shops that have flourished since Jarrod's Subway commercials first got our attention, you come to appreciate subways originality & consistency. I'm not saying Subway is perfect, but it definitely deserves the title of being a good sandwich shop where you can't go wrong.“
