The staff at 6pm on August 13th was super awesome.i love when y'all give me a cup of ice. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The staff was very supportive and helpful and made me feel like a value customer. This is my home away from home. This is my heaven.
I come here quite frequently with my little one. Every single time we are greeted with smiles and always incredibly helpful and courteous. This is the real reason for my review. The food is to be expected by a fast food chain but it never misses for us everytime we come. If I could give a higher review on service I would. The place is typically very clean as well. I recommend this one over ANY of the others in Cleveland.

To whom it may concern; I am allowed 30 minutes for lunch. I work less than 3 minutes from your facility. Upon arriving, I entered the drive-thru lane and took my place in line behind the only other vehicle in the drive-thru.
