Customer service was excellent! Brisket was juicy and tender and the smokey flavor cannot be topped. Chicken was dripping with flavor. Would definitely recommend. Also loved the convenience of the drive thru!
Service and food were good. The sweet tea dispenser needed to be cleaned as it tasted old n moldy. I've had their sweet tea before at the Sevierville location. I know how good it is. The one from this location was nasty. Wasn't very busy and was in and out.
