Buddy's Bar-B-Q offers a fast food BBQ experience with generally good food and service. While some customers have noted that the sauce can be plain and certain dishes like the brisket and potato salad may need improvement, many have praised the overall quality. The restaurant's Hogbacks potato with pork and coleslaw continues to receive positive reviews, with one customer describing the food as "amazing" and expressing a desire to return.
Customers have highlighted the friendly staff, including a young man at the front counter who was multitasking effectively. The employees are noted for being respectful and attentive, ensuring that everyone is taken care of. However, there have been some inconsistencies with drive-thru orders, such as missing sauces or utensils, which can be frustrating. Despite these occasional issues, many families enjoy dining here and appreciate the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. The manager is also involved and actively works with the team to improve service, contributing to a positive dining experience overall.
