We were skeptical at first, but this McDonald's completely turned our road trip around! When traveling with hungry kids, you just want a quick, smooth stop, and this location delivered big time.
Fast and Friendly: Despite a decent-sized crowd, the team was working at lightning speed to keep the lines moving. Our order came out hot, fresh, and completely accurate.

McDonald's in Rocky Top has mixed reviews. Some customers complain about poor service and high prices for frozen meats, while others praise the convenience of ordering through the mobile app and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The breakfast bacon egg and cheese biscuits are recommended, and the Egg McMuffin and coffee are noted as consistently good. Customers appreciate the efficient morning staff, who are described as consistent and professional. However, there are concerns about pricing discrepancies between in-store and app orders, as well as issues with loyalty points not being applied. Despite some service and pricing challenges, McDonald's remains a popular choice for quick and affordable meals for many, with features such as polite cashiers, available parking, and wheelchair accessibility enhancing the experience.
