The one in rocky top as you walk in the vibe with the counter people is not so good they don't acknowledge you for about 5 minutes or longer and they don't have good attitudes towards people and I have a buddy that wrote a true opinion about that same McDonald's and somehow the managers know all about that person and treat them very poorly but I thought this is all about giving true opinion about how they are and the food which now the food is really really over priced for frozen...read full review
Mobile app offers free food or you can use your mobile points to order food. We placed our order with our phone, in the car, went inside to use the VERY CLEAN restrooms. Our order was waiting for us. Order was accurate. Employee was nice.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two filet sandwiches and fries. Everything was cold, not really warm, and all the sandwiches were awful, though usually they're pretty good, not this trip.
