We often grab Jacks in the mornings because we are running late. The service in the morning is usually good and the food is easy to eat on the go. After this morning, we will not be returning to any Jacks location because my chicken biscuit was served to me so underdone it was completely raw on the inside. This is beyond disgusting and unsafe to eat! I hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
They need to learn to multi task:take orders AND fill them. There was a total of 4 people that walked out while we were waiting in line. The man at the register was very rude when asking what we wanted to drink. And he needs to worry about the register and let the ones filling the orders do that. The manager finally helped fill orders and told him “these are mobile orders you need to worry about the lobby”. The food was good but the service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! We...read full review
