“Please train your order takers the difference between the veggie wrap and the other wraps every time I specifically order the southwest veggie wrap I still get one of the other 2 wraps with chicken on it. The price difference isn't that big but it does get frustrating having to check then wait while they fix it every single time. I get charged the higher price too for the chicken wraps according to the receipt so it's not the kitchen they're just filling the order they got it's always whoever I order with. At this point I'm thinking they have no idea there's a veggie wrap on the menu“

“I have visited this Zaxby's for many years and the food and service have always been top notch. I will give the Atmosphere a 5 even though I only use the drive thru. Figure that should count also. The wife loves ordering the Big Zax Snak, not just because she likes the meal but she knows I have a hard time saying this tongue twister of a menu item.“
