First time going there today, and gotta say I was impressed by the great level of customer service and the fresh tasting pretzels, definitely worth giving them a try.
Service is always subpar and they constantly are out of items / won’t have it for 15 minutes.
Sometimes the pretzels are amazing, and sometimes they're just ok.
