“I wandered in while visiting family. I felt welcomed from the moment I opened the door. The staff was amazing and helped me decide what to order. I had no idea I was going to have an amazing bbq adventure. I got a pulled pork sandwich with vinegar slaw & diablo sauce. The sandwich was chock full of moist high quality meat with an amazing flavor! The diablo was a good balance of sweet & spicy. The green beans were smoky & Mac n cheese was creamy and tasted like cheesy heaven. But the whopper pie made my day! You definitely need to try this hidden gem!“

“Used to love the chicken fingers, but you took them off the menu, we haven’t been back since. Raise the price if you have to, but don’t take them off.“

“First time eating here while in town for work. Great lunch. We loved the rib platter, the ribs were tender and the meat fell right off those bones. Great bbq sauce. I honestly thought that was the BEST broccoli salad I've ever had. The pickle fries were yummy, but need a ranch dipper. The loaded baked potato salad was really good too. The gal behind the counter was quickly moving everyone through the line. Overall great lunch. Lots of traffic rolling through their drive thru, so you can see it's a local favorite.“

“Have been to Longhorns many times, tonight we were very disappointed. My husband and I both ordered a 9oz filet and I will tell you we were not served filets. You know how filets are supposed to be melt in your mouth steaks. These were not. Didn’t complain my bad. Sad so wanted a good steak.“

“Columbia has a SOLID Texas style BBQ joint...Boot Stompin' BBQ. It was late afternoon when I arrived and Bobby (Pitmaster) warmly greeted me and we started talking about BBQ. I like to sample a variety, so I went with the Bobby's Usual of brisket, jalapeño cheddar sausage, and pulled pork with Bobo's Hot Corn + Hillbilly Beans. He offered onions, pickles, and jalapeños as side condiments along with their homemade BBQ sauce. I initially sampled the meats without sauce, but I have to say the sweet/smoky flavor of the sauce is a great compliment to the meats. You can tell Bobby learned his trade from Texas...solid brisket with a thin fat cap with a nice peppery crust. The pulled pork was perfect...moist and tender but still maintaining firmness. While the sausage is not made in-house, you could have fooled me. Nice crispy skin with a good jalapeño kick and plenty of cheese. The sides are exceptional! I loved the sweetness of the beans, and the Bobo Corn (I believe it's grandma's recipe) was addicting. Don't let the name fool you...there's a little heat, but the flavors are wonderful. I chopped a bit of onion and pork into the beans, a great flavor combination. The atmosphere is bright and open with some Texas decor...great place for family. Really good food and excellent service from this TX style BBQ spot...looking forward to my next visit to Columbia for more.“
