“This location has always been hit or miss. Between wait times, mediocre and/or rude employees, and consistent missing items, it’s hard to find reasons to keep going back to this location. Today was a hit purely because of Stephanie’s wonderful customer service. Usually when I approach the speaker to order, I’m met with “KFC WHAT CAN I GET YOU” - really loud and with a whole lot of attitude. Not today! Stephanie displayed excellent customer service; she was very patient and repeated my order back to me to ensure she got everything correct! I hope upper management acknowledges Stephanie’s contributions to this location. Hire more people like Stephanie and business will be back booming. This location has a lot of potential if they could find (AND KEEP) good employees. Thank you Stephanie!“

“We went to the location in Columbia, TN. for the first time ever, we were greeted and treated politely as a customer. Michael was a ray if sunshine for this resteraunt. he was smiling and even offered us to try the cajun sprinkles. which we loved. This resteraunt needed help long ago to get its reputation back. it has been since they opened. Michael should be recognized for his fantastic customer service.“

“Zaxby's has the best chicken straps I've ever eaten at fast food. They are a little pricey, but it's worth it, in my opinion. I also love that every time I go there, the food is the same. I mean, the consistency from visit to visit is unparalleled in the local fast food market.
Parking: Parking is never an issue.“

“I recently tried Chick-fil-A's Icedream cone, and it was absolutely amazing! The texture was perfectly smooth and creamy, and the flavor was just the right amount of sweetness—light, refreshing, and not too heavy. It had that classic vanilla taste that reminds me of the best kind of soft serve, and the cone itself added a nice crunchy contrast.
For the price, it's such a great treat—simple, delicious, and satisfying. If you're looking for a quick dessert that leaves you wanting more, the Icedream cone is definitely worth it!“
