McDonald's in Columbia

“Sadly, the food prices have gone up while quality is going down. Service is spotty lately. My most recent experience was through the drive-through. Young fellow had his mic turned up to the top of his head.
The burger meat was obviously precooked and then assembled with cold cheese, etc. The frys were as stale as I've ever had . No, I didn't go back or call. I'm going for fast for a reason. I don't have time to go back for what should be perfect to begin with. This has been a common experience at many locations lately, causing me to avoid what used to be Tammy to go to fast food.“

“Just got home with the two Quarter Pounder meals I purchased in the drive thru at around 9pm. (Date is 2-20-25) . There was nothing but a piece of cheese and about a nickel sized amount of ketchup on both burgers and the buns are hard as a rock. Both burgers are raw in the center and one of them had the patty broken into 3 pieces bundled up on one side of the box and almost entirely off the bun. There was zero salt on the fries and they were all ice cold. I'm not sure what night shift has going on but that was $20 worth of food and not a single bite of it was consumable.“

“Okay , so anyone who reads my reviews knows that I like to go out & check out random places like everyone else these days. And so my normal stop at Mcdees was a must for this road trip this past weekend. Now y'all know I don't play about my reviews and this place shocked me .It was very clean very organized and the only thing that worried me was two things . One there wasn't any diversity even within the staff maybe it's just a small town idk but Traveling around Tennessee Ive gotta see my people where I eat. I need to feel the diversity McDonald's! ?That's just me and more importantly there wasnt much customer service displayed when me and my family entered. I understand we were definitely not your average country folks but it would've been nice to be greeted to say the least but food was hot and took a little bit of time but doesn't all good food ! ? Chefs kiss ? the kids loved their burgers and food was really fresh and most importantly CORRECT ? DEFINITELY stop by if you're passing by and grab a bite ?“
