Wendy's offers a mixed experience according to reviews. Some customers faced issues like receiving the wrong order, missing toppings, or payment problems. However, the staff's kindness stood out. The night crew workers were very nice, polite, funny and yet professional. Conya did a great job and made food exactly the way customers wanted it, making them feel very important. The food is made right and fresh, with hot fries. While the food took a little longer sometimes, the Dave's signature items like burgers were very good. The drive-thru service was mostly efficient, although consistency depended on the time and staff present.
