I would highly recommend not going there! They accuse customers who have put money in the tip jar of wanting to cause harm to their employees because they found a tiny fish hook in the jar (mind you this occurred on the one day of free fishing Tennessee has). Then state they are going to watch the video footage so they can hopefully meet them again. Very unprofessional. After that I wouldn’t get a donut from them ever again even if they had the best in town (which they don’t).
We went here for the first time on Saturday as we noticed the shop driving down from another shop and decided to stop and check it out. So glad we did! We bought several donuts and one of their giant cinnamon rolls. It is now Tuesday and I took half of this giant delight and microwaved it for 35 seconds, put a bit of butter on it and I am telling you...THE BEST cinnamon roll ever! We live in Crossville so it is a little drive for us to get there, but we will be back!
This donut shoo actually treats their customers kindly and doesn't rush them. The doughnuts are awesome and the customer service makes the clear difference. Awesome restaurant!
