“My sister, daughter and I stopped in this afternoon. I had the iced Irish Cream, my sister had the hot Captain Jack and my daughter had an iced Captain Jack. We bought half a dozen assorted macarons and split them. Everything was amazing and since we are all in college, we plan on studying there from time to time.“

“I was just in this morning! I was wanting to start the morning for my dogs with a special treat 🐕 ☀️ . The staff were so friendly to my fur babies and they get so excited to walk in. Thank you for being so accommodating and thoughtful. My girl Rajah did end up having her whole treat in the car. I guess she was just being shy at the cafe 🙈. Thanks again! “Poets South- Okay, everyone needs to try Morning magic cheese bagel! Such a unique flavor experience! Spicy mustard, cheese and I get mine with bacon! After my first try a week ago I came back to get another one! I have been craving it! Staff seem really helpful and friendly. The coffee shop vibe is a bit retro with cool coffee shop tunes in the background! Chill!“

“Everytime I come here everyone’s so kind , tonight especially my boyfriend and I came here 15 minutes before they closed which is understandably not great timing, we ended up getting a large iced blondie with modifications and we had intentions of using our free drink but before we even asked she gave me a smiled like it had been covered! , unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she’s always so sweet and has a great attitude when we come here and even tonight wrote a super sweet note on the lid (pictured below) and went out of her way to do so, I highly recommend coming here, everyone is great!

“They decorate wonderfully for the holidays and they usually make good coffee! One comment I have is that the staff can sometimes be grumpy. People are allowed to be grumpy as they are human beings and not corporate machines, but I’ve definitely had some uncalled for bark and bite that just kind of felt like wet socks. :/
That being said, the staff is usually friendly and the location is super cozy with outlets and warm lighting.“

“Excellent place to pick up coffee, I prefer it to the Starbucks store in town. The employees are always friendly, helpful, smiling and going the extra mile. I always enjoy stopping by, even if I'm not shopping at Food City and just picking up Starbucks.“

“We went here for the first time on Saturday as we noticed the shop driving down from another shop and decided to stop and check it out. So glad we did! We bought several donuts and one of their giant cinnamon rolls. It is now Tuesday and I took half of this giant delight and microwaved it for 35 seconds, put a bit of butter on it and I am telling you...THE BEST cinnamon roll ever! We live in Crossville so it is a little drive for us to get there, but we will be back!“

“My car stalled out and would not start back up right beside the intercom. Every single worker at this location was incredibly kind while I waited for the wrecker to come and get my car for me. Right before I left, they actually brought my order out and comped it for me. They made a stressful time much more manageable for me.“

“We stopped by for the first time yesterday during the birthday bash and it was insane! But the workers were so nice and did so well handling it. I enjoyed my Cuban coffee my son liked his cake but the birthday cake coffee just wasn’t sweet enough for him or me honestly. But we will be back!“
