Dunkin' Donuts Reviews
The staff is just flat out rude. Not only to customers but to employees too. It takes entirely too long to even have your order taken. They throw your things up on the counter and don’t give much clarification on if that’s all your order or just some of it. This has happened to me every single time I’ve been in there. Dunkin' is a friendly spot with consistently nice staff, especially during the morning shift. The customer service is top-notch, and the staff is always willing to make things right if there is an issue. The food and drinks are always fresh and quick, with popular items like the refresher lemonades in mango pineapple and strawberry dragon fruit. The atmosphere is welcoming, although it could benefit from cozy additions like couches and a fireplace. The restaurant looks great and is very clean, making it kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible with a ramp and helpful staff. They offer options for alternate milks and sweeteners, catering to dietary restrictions. Some customers have noted that the coffee can taste funny or lack enough sweetener, and there have been occasional issues with ordering through the app, as not all items may be available. Despite this, the quick and well-packaged service, whether dining in or ordering through delivery, keeps the experience positive. Regular and decaffeinated boxed coffee, munchkin donut holes, donuts, and hash browns have been popular at local events like the Earth Day celebration at First Presbyterian Church, Cookeville.
