Waited over 30 minutes for food and when I inquired about it they forgot so highly recommend Poet’s South instead at least they get you your food and drink at the same time
Poets South- Okay, everyone needs to try Morning magic cheese bagel! Such a unique flavor experience! Spicy mustard, cheese and I get mine with bacon! After my first try a week ago I came back to get another one! I have been craving it! Staff seem really helpful and friendly. The coffee shop vibe is a bit retro with cool coffee shop tunes in the background! Chill!
The girl who made our drinks got both wrong. We told her and she got incredibly aggressive.
We have been customers for more than 20 years, took our kids there as they grew up, etc. and this is the first time we have been treated badly. I cannot believe the level of just hatefulness she showed us… over getting our order wrong.
We will never be going back and will be posting this experience everywhere Poets is advertised. Shame on you for hiring someone like this.

The atmosphere may feel a bit pretentious, but the cleanliness and orderliness make up for it. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, with a cool, kind of college vibe. Dog friendly and welcoming, it's a quiet place perfect for reading, studying, or hanging out with friends. The avocado toast on sourdough and breakfast sandwiches are delightful, and the white mocha is excellent. Poet's Coffee is a must-visit for tasty meals and a cool back room to check out.
