Most of the things that were needed weren't available, but that's not their problem. Whatever we ordered was delicious, spicy chicken wrap and boneless wings.

Sucks to say this but this is the worse Popeyes ever being from Louisiana living in cookeville you would think it would be nice to eat some real southern chicken. Welll after ordering 65$ of food i redivided my orders with missing chicken and they took it soon themselves to substitute my original order so i only ended up with half my order and most of nothing i wanted . So I call up to the store and explained to manger about my order missing most of everything and was told we ran out and “oh well “ after speaking with corporate we probably won’t be having these issues much longer or won’t have a Popeyes much longer here in cookeville

the rice that we were given was old and smelled horrible, tasted it and spit it back out. parts of order were forgotten. the lady was doing drive thru and register all at once, she was very nice and tried her best to fix it for us.

Normally, I have no issues and love this Popeyes. However, I had not eaten there in awhile and online stated that it was open till 11pm. I got to the drive thru and the gentleman informed me that they were not open yet. It was 8:23pm. Very disappointed and next time will go elsewhere.

If I could do zero stars, I would I walked in today at 11:57 not one person spoke to me, they looked at me, walked past me including the manager who was on the phone with someone named April after walking past me is when she got on the phone. A young girl came from outside walked past me and looked at me still not one word spoken to me. I left at 12:01, don’t go here it’s ridiculous to treat people like that

False advertisement, has several items on $5 fave. But one item wasn't available, not in the system...so why advertise it?? Cross it out with an unavailable on it. So confusing.

Had some super hot food fresh it all had flavor

Seemed short staffed. Waited a good long while to get the food which was fresh. The sprite at the drink fountain was dirty leaving dark looking flakes all in the drink. The lady gave us one from the fountain in the back. The food was good.

The woman who takes orders at the drive-through is exceptionally pleasant and kind. She was both accommodating and efficient. We did experience a slight delay in receiving our pickles. We didn't even need to mention the wait time; this kind lady had already recognized it and offered a sincere apology. The chicken was good but the portion sizes seem to be shrinking.

The blonde girl dressed in all black had the most amazing smile, and I almost didn’t leave a review, but I got food poisoning from the chicken sandwich that was half cooked. About an hour and a half after I ate

To be honest we payed $40 for three meals and we still had food to take home, but with that it was also we were nauseous after the food. some of my food as well as my mother's was stringy, chewy and, pink-ish. with the service portion they were really kind and considerate of things not being to our liking. With the atmospheric portion there was no general music playing in the background as you see in most restaurants. And with the menu and ordering areas 2 of the menu screens were broken and messed up and we had to look up the menus on our phones.
Overall the food was not great the service was okay and the atmosphere was atrocious.
