Absolutely terrible management team. Doesn’t care about their team members, despite how long they’ve been there or their track record as an employee. Cannot discourage you enough from working here. Save your time/efforts and go somewhere decent. Aside from working here, you’re paying for what you get food wise in the cafe.

Well I believe it is time to boycott Sam's club in Cookeville and start patronizing Costco in Mt. Juliet. I stood in line today for at least a 1/2 hr waiting to check-out because Sam's refuses to open more than one check-out lane with a cashier because they want everyone to use the self check-out !!! Sorry folks but I refuse to use self check-out anywhere because this takes jobs away and besides I don't get a discount for doing their employees work. Time for the people who are...read full review
