“The manager, Elle I think her name was, was dealing with a rude customer in line in front of me and she handled it very professionally. She made their drinks with a smile and never gave them back the attitude they were giving her. I was very impressed with her and the other staff there tonite.“

“They decorate wonderfully for the holidays and they usually make good coffee! One comment I have is that the staff can sometimes be grumpy. People are allowed to be grumpy as they are human beings and not corporate machines, but I’ve definitely had some uncalled for bark and bite that just kind of felt like wet socks. :/
That being said, the staff is usually friendly and the location is super cozy with outlets and warm lighting.“
“I come here every week with my 97 yr old grandpa. It’s his little treat each week. The people know his order and are so incredibly patient with him as he counts out his money. We love coming here. Our favorite person is Emma. She’s so sweet.“
“So we came here on a girls church trip and we went to Starbucks. One of our girls didn’t have much to buy- and got something small. The worker at the time came out and called the girl over and said that guy is paying for you. And he paid for her and another girl. Then another girl dropped her drink and the Starbucks worker remade it for her, for free. Absolutely amazing interaction and environment!!! The love of Jesus is amazing! 💕“
