Subway in Cookeville

“My mom and I came here one night after a long day of driving around and shopping and decided to stop in for a bite. There was a very sweet amazing friendly sandwich maker named Stephanie who was so nice to us and made our order exactly how we wanted it. She worked quickly and got everything perfectly right and was engaging in friendly conversation with us while she was making everything. That sort of customer service is what the city of Cookeville needs more of. Well done, Stephanie!! You are the reason we will frequent your location more often instead of other locations around town, where the people go psycho over parking spaces as opposed to doing their actual job. You deserve a raise and ASAP!!! If management sees this, get on that! Again, well done!! Keep up the good work!!“

“My boyfriend and I stopped by tonight and we were greeted with the sweetest worker. Isaac was the only worker in the building, but still made time to not only greet every single person that came in, but he did it with a smile. After talking to him I found out today was only his second day. You wouldn’t be able to tell though. Isaac cleared out the line in a timely manner all while keeping up with online orders. I didn’t expect to walk into subway tonight and leave in a better mood all because of the worker. Isaac had the best attitude I’ve ever seen from a fast food employee which says a lot considering he was the only worker there and dealing with a lot of orders. His station stayed clean, he treated every single person with respect, and kept a smile on his face the entire time. I truly hope he gets the praise he deserves for being such an amazing worker. As a previous manager in fast food, I would have been ecstatic to have a worker like Isaac. It’s so hard to find good workers and this restaurant has one of the best. Thank you Isaac for making our night.“

“I don't know why so many bad reviews st this subway best one I have been at I door dash and their great how they handle the order down to getting me out fast...my personal orders are always perfect I ordered on the app at 11at night and asked for it to be delivered it was here at 1127 and it was hot and fresh perfect in every way exactly how I wanted it thanks soooo much went to the Walmart one and the guy was rude and messed up my order so bad I won't go bak to that one I'll stay loyal to this one“

“Came in tonight to get the sub of the day. Its been years since I’ve had Subway, but after my experience tonight ill definitely be by more frequently. The gentleman (had arm tattoos and glasses) making subs took extra care to ensure all of the ingredients were quality and had such a positive attitude! Will definitely be back, that man needs a raise!“

“My recent trip to the Washington subway was a pleasant surprise when I was greeted by the new manager Heather. I was so pleased with the courteous service I received. Heather was so very kind and friendly while making sandwiches for us.

I have frequented this subway for the last few years and I can say this was the best experience I had since I started going.
