“Best Pho I’ve had in forever, broth was delicious, the beef tenderloin was so tender not tough at all, the noodles were cooked perfectly too. Side veggies for the pho were all very fresh. Shrimp spring roll was delicious along with the peanut sauce it came with. The server was so sweet and the woman who managed it I believe came and chatted with us for a while and was so sweet and funny. Very good experience, will be back soon!“

“You won't find better Vietnamese (or super fresh home-made ANY kind of food) anywhere else. Our family favorite since it opened over 30 years ago and still owned, staffed and cooked by the same family. Especially with Covid-19 - Please support this delicious Memphis institution (for those in the know - AND the newly initiated). They do a curbside service during Covid-19. We've had the curbside many, many, many times sometimes several days in a week. The wait is worth it - I promise!!!“

“I like the atmosphere of the place. There are quite a bit of options. However I suggest going early. Every visit I've had they are always out of products. The teas were full of ice. I didn't like the pork bun. However the Korean corn dogs are a nice treat. Ok place“

“Pho So 8 is absolutely fantastic. The bread for their banh mi is incredible—fluffy, warm, and perfectly crunchy. And the pho? It chased away any traces of sadness in my soul; truly outstanding. “I loved the food!!! This was my first time at this restaurant. It is located in an older strip mall so it would be easy to pass by. I came with a friend who had lived in Thailand and said this was the most authentic Thai/ Vietnamese food she has found in the area. I had a mild curry and Thai tea, both were Delicious! They were fairly busy for a week night so others already knew about the food. The food came pretty quickly also. Inside the restaurant is very plain. Our waiter had his cell phone in hand the entire time and seemed almost rude or indifferent. I would likely come again but would hope the server was different.“
